These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, forms, and communications, and any request for an estimate, inspection, or roofing services from Protech Roofing Services (“Protech Roofing Services,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By using our website or submitting your information, you agree to these Terms.
1) Services, Estimates, and Scope
Protech Roofing Services provides roofing inspections, repairs, replacements, and related services (“Services”) throughout Florida, including Greater Tampa Bay and Hernando County.
Any estimate provided online, by phone, email, or text is preliminary and may require an onsite inspection to confirm measurements, scope, materials, code requirements, and final pricing. Final scope and pricing are confirmed in writing (proposal, work order, contract, or invoice).
2) Scheduling, Access, and Right of Entry
When you schedule an inspection or service visit, you agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property. By requesting an estimate/inspection/service, you authorize Protech Roofing Services to enter the property at reasonable times to assess conditions, take measurements/photos, and perform the requested Services, subject to any restrictions you share in advance and applicable law.
3) Materials and Substitutions
If specified materials are unavailable or delayed, Protech Roofing Services may substitute materials of equal or greater quality when reasonably necessary to complete the job. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any substitutions.
4) Emergency, Weather, and Uncontrollable Delays
Roofing work is affected by weather and site conditions. For safety and quality, we may delay or reschedule inspections or Services due to rain, high winds, extreme heat/lightning, unsafe conditions, supply chain delays, or other events outside our control. We will attempt to notify you as soon as reasonably possible.
5) License and Insurance
Protech Roofing Services represents that it maintains the licensing and insurance required to operate where Services are provided, consistent with applicable local and state requirements. Documentation may be provided upon request where applicable.
6) Communications Consent (Calls, Email, and SMS)
A) SMS Opt-In and Usage (Two Consent Types)
By providing your phone number through our website forms or other channels, you may consent to receive text messages from Protech Roofing Services. Consent is obtained when you check the applicable opt-in box(es) on our website.
Appointment + Service Updates (Transactional SMS)
If you check the opt-in box, you consent to receive appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, and service updates via SMS.Estimates/Promotions (Marketing SMS)

B) Opt-Out
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. After you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS messages (except a confirmation of your opt-out, where applicable).

Message frequency varies depending on appointment activity, service updates, and (if you opted in) marketing/promotional messaging.

F) No Condition of Purchase

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
