Joe brings a dynamic blend of skills and roofing experiences to the professional arena. With a background in business and roofing with over 15 years of experience, he’s dedicated to achieving excellence in every endeavor.

His passion lies in providing excellent customer service at fair and reasonable prices. Throughout his career, he’s had the privilege of working with diverse teams and clients. This has equipped his perspective and the ability to adapt to various challenges.

In his free time, he enjoys working out and spending time with family, watching sports, and perusing continuing education.

From the Boss Man…

I’m deeply committed to offering fair and honest roofing services to our customers, striving for innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement. I believe honesty and hard work are key drivers of success and always seek opportunities to put them into practice.

Originally from New York City, Norm has 20 years of experience in the roofing industry. As our roofing superintendent, Norm is responsible for overseeing the quality and safety of all roofing projects. He also manages a team of skilled and certified roofers, ensuring that they deliver excellent customer service and satisfaction. He trains and mentors new roofers, sharing his knowledge and expertise with them. He also coordinates with other contractors, suppliers, and inspectors to ensure smooth and timely completion of projects.

Norm holds several certifications, including 40-hour OSHA, Fire Guard, 4Hr Scaffold, Torch operations, and Tar Kettle operations.

He likes to spend time with his wife and children. He also enjoys working out, visitng local beaches, and playing softball. Look for team updates on our Facebook page!

Joe has been with ProTech since 2018 with over 10 years experience in the roofing industry.

Joe is originally from a small town outside of the Buffalo, NY area where he graduated with a degree in business. Coming from a family where both parents had successful careers in sales, he knew he would follow a similar path.

With a passion for both sports and traveling, Joe loves to cheer on The Buffalo Bills so much that his personal goal is to watch them play in every stadium around the country! When the Bills aren’t playing; you can find him restoring vehicles.

Joe is always looking for new ways to further help customers, from researching the newest metal roofing systems to learning about a new loan program that can be offered to home owners. He is dedicated to making sure customers are not only getting the best quality for their roofing project, but also the best price.

Husband and Wife Roofing Power Team!

Ed is from the Philadelphia area and has over 45 years of roofing experience. Ed has done all aspects of roofing from sloped roof to flat roof applications in both commercial and residential projects. He is able to use this expertise to diagnose and provide solutions to any roofing project.

Shannon is from Tampa Bay and has over 20 years experience as a construction project manager. She has a working knowledge of many aspects of building and how your roof ties into your home or business. She is also quite knowledgeable about construction financing and can help you with various payment and financing options.

Ed has spent time volunteering with BACA (Bikers Against Child Abuse) and child advocacy panels  while Shannon volunteers at the Nature Coast Humane Society and brings AA meetings into Hernando County Jail.

Both Ed and Shannon are avid motorcyclists, foodies and also enjoy attending many local events. They currently reside in Spring Hill where they are members of the Hernando Chamber of Commerce and the Moose Lodge.

Outside the boardroom, my passions encompass a diverse range of interests, including a love for classic cars, where I find solace in the timeless beauty of automotive design. Traveling fuels my curiosity and broadens my perspective, enriching my ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds. Additionally, I find joy in the meticulous process of restoring vintage furniture, a hobby that instills in me a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and heritage. And when I’m not immersed in the world of commercial roofing, you can often find me in the kitchen, channeling my creativity into culinary endeavors that delight the senses.
