A warm welcoming voice when you contact our company, Cheyanne has been with the company for years and can answer many of your questions. A native Floridian, she and her husband have been adopted by their 3 dog-children. Sunday breakfasts with her dad will attest to the importance of family.
As an active gold star sister, Cheyanne attends many events to help support gold star families and to always remember the fallen.
On my free time I love to watch football and spend time with family. GO Bucs!

His passion lies in providing excellent customer service at fair and reasonable prices. Throughout his career, he’s had the privilege of working with diverse teams and clients. This has equipped his perspective and the ability to adapt to various challenges.
In his free time, he enjoys working out and spending time with family, watching sports, and perusing continuing education.

Joseph (Joe) Pchelka

Joe has been with Protech since 2018 with over 10 years experience in the roofing industry.
Joe is originally from a small town outside of the Buffalo, NY area where he graduated with a degree in business. Coming from a family where both parents had successful careers in sales, he knew he would follow a similar path.
With a passion for both sports and traveling, Joe loves to cheer on The Buffalo Bills so much that his personal goal is to watch them play in every stadium around the country! When the Bills aren’t playing; you can find him restoring vehicles.
Joe is always looking for new ways to further help customers, from researching the newest metal roofing systems to learning about a new loan program that can be offered to home owners. He is dedicated to making sure customers are not only getting the best quality for their roofing project, but also the best price.

I’m a military brat who had the privilege of growing up surrounded by the heroes of our country. That experience shaped my values of resilience, dedication, and service. Now, I’m happily married and a proud parent of two wonderful daughters. Family means everything to me, and I strive to create a life filled with love, laughter, and purpose.
In my free time, I enjoy giving back to the community by volunteering as a youth soccer coach. Helping young athletes grow, develop skills, and build confidence is something I’m truly passionate about.
Professionally, I am a HAAG Residential Certified Inspector, bringing expertise and precision to my field. I take pride in my work and am committed to maintaining the highest standards in everything I do.

Originally from Chicago but have been living in Florida for over 15 years. I love being outdoors, the beach is my happy place and I love kayaking. I love cooking and spending time with my family. I’m very close with my twin sister and I have one furbaby named Harley.
